Self-sustaining wood processing enterprise

with the goal of full processing cycle. From planning mill and finger jointing elements, down to pallet and pellet production.

What started as a simple wood processing company back in 2012, making knot free components with a few employees and 400m2 meters of production plant has grown into a big scale plant covering over 4000m2 of the production floor, employing over 60 people on a daily basis.

History

2017

Added a new pellet factory that reprocesses all waste into fuel pellets with capacity of 500t/month

2018

Acquired 2,5ha of addition land 1800m2 of production buildings where a new planning line was installed in combination with wood eye grading and 2 Opti cut units for automation of processes
Started a Finger jointing line in combination with the 2 Opti cut units

2019

Added pallet production that covers us with all pallets needed to support our running productions

2020

New project of putting in place 2000m2 of production space for additional production units
Planning line to serve construction market needs in the domestic and export markets

Finger-jointed glued wood

We produce 7,000m3 finger jointed and glued components per year. The dimensions and quality class of the material is produced according to the customer's needs.

Pellets

Premium quality wood pellets as an environmentally friendly biofuel, which has a significantly cheaper price in comparison to other types of heating.

We offer 6 and 8mm diameter pellets either by 15kg bags or big bag packing, which we produce from clean sawdust with the lowest ash content possible (out of our own raw materials).

Pallet wood cut to lengths

Made out of first grade softwood boards. We offer a variety of sizes and dimensions for pallet industry planed 4 sides ( cut to lengths of EUR pallet sizes and many others )
